The hotel is situated in an excellent location at Plaza San Domingo, providing easy access to local attractions. However, the overall quality of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with poor room conditions and inadequate amenities. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the consistent issues with cleanliness and comfort made for a less than satisfactory stay.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While it's conveniently located right at Plaza San Domingo, the quality of the accommodations was far from what I expected. The room was poorly maintained, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to rest. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the language barrier was a challenge. Overall, this hotel felt more like a budget option with serious issues rather than a comfortable place to stay.
